About DIAZ FRANCO IP
Julián Ricardo Díaz is a pharmacist from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and an industrial property professional with more than 18 years of experience protecting innovations and intellectual property assets. He holds a patent drafting certificate issued by WIPO and is currently undertaking a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
Through DIAZ FRANCO IP, he provides specialized consulting to inventors, entrepreneurs, and companies in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of patents, utility models, and industrial design applications, including national applications, applications claiming Paris Convention priority, and PCT national phase applications.
His experience combines technical knowledge with professional practice in industrial property, enabling him to provide solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs and technology.
